Started in 1993, we originally began by selling pumpkins for Halloween. But it wasn’t long before Bradley Burke, Longmeadow’s owner, felt that something more was in order. And with that decision, our apple orchard was planted. Today, Longmeadow Farm has 15 varieties of apples available for picking along with our pumpkins and so much more.
Apple picking season at Longmeadow brings new varieties almost every weekend. Our season runs from the first weekend in September through the last weekend in October, although sometimes the season can be longer depending on the weather!
We are open on those Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM to 5PM.
To find what types of apples we have and when they are available, see our apple page.
Our apples are our main attraction, but we offer so much more! We also have pick your own pumpkins for Halloween, and our berry patch with raspberries and blackberries. Not to mention our available james, jellies and honey.
For more detail on what is available at Longmeadow besides apples see our other products page.
